Welcome

Established in 1960 by Andy & Sheila Casey, Coolcower House has been open as a guesthouse for almost 60 years. Fast forward to 2019, the house is now run by Bernie O'Callaghan (Andy & Sheila's daughter) and family.  This historic country house was built in the 1800s but was tragically burnt down in 1921. It was subsequently rebuilt in the traditional style and later a large glass conservatory & lounge bar were added, blending seamlessly into the original house. All 12 rooms are done to a high standard with all modern amenities one might want for a peaceful escape. TV, Hair-dryer, Hospitality Tray, Direct Dial Telephone, En-Suite bathroom included in every room. There is extensive parking, beautiful riverside and avenue walks and a range of activities available in the area.

Ideally situated in the center of Cork city and Killarney. Coolcower House is the perfect location to make fond memories with loved ones.
